Thinking about when to invest in REITs? I think right now is a great time! Here's why!

Current Status of REITs (From latest to oldest issue):
1) Brookfield- This REIT was issued last week (Feb 16) at ₹275 and is currently trading at ₹250, which is down 9%. (by consecutively dropping in each successive trading session!)
2) Mindspace - This was our second REIT, issued on 7 Aug 2020 at an issue price of ₹275, and is currently trading at ₹307 with an all-time low of ₹275 and an all-time high of ₹342.
3) Embassy- This was the first REIT issued in India at an issue price of ₹275, however, on its first day it shot up to ₹300. Currently, it's trading at ₹326, with an all-time low of ₹301 and an all-time high of ₹512.
Hence, the REIT is either trading at a discount to its issue price or is extremely close to its all-time low!
From what we know, it's better to get in at an all-time low than an all-time high, right?
